If you end up at Mystic Lake Casino, you will need to drive back out to Mystic Lake Drive. Take a left and go down two streets, take a left on Dakotah Parkway. Turn left at the roundabout and drive until you reach Mystic Lake Center.
From the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, the drive is about a half hour. Take a left from the airport onto Highway 5 and take 494W. In roughly ten miles, take exit 10A to merge onto US-169 S and travel eight miles. Take exit 112 for Canterbury Rd toward Scott County 83/Mystic Lake Dr, then take that road to Dakotah Parkway in Prior Lake.

The event spans two days, July 21 and 22, 2025. Each day will feature workshops, keynote speakers, HAPBash and networking opportunities. A detailed schedule will be available closer to the event date.
Registering for Healthapalooza includes access to the conference hall on July 21 & 22 during the expo, where you may interact with carriers exhibiting products and other agents browsing the hall. You are encouraged to attend any of the educational sessions, including masterclasses covering marketing and sales topics on Monday, three keynote sessions on Tuesday morning, and an afternoon of CE sessions from our carriers on Tuesday afternoon. You are also encouraged to attend HAPBash, occurring Monday night at The Meadows at Mystic Lake.

If a registrant is unable to attend the conference for any reason, they may transfer the registration, by prior arrangement with LeClair, to someone else from the same company. Where the registrant is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer their place to another person, then the following applies:
Cancellations will incur a $50 fee.

Thomas Drapala, RSSA, is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at RSSA®, the premier provider of Social Security education and software for financial and insurance professionals. In his role, Tom leads national initiatives to empower agents and advisors with the tools, training, and support they need to integrate Social Security planning into their practice. A respected speaker and educator, he has presented at industry conferences and events across the country, helping professionals enhance client value and grow their business through strategic Social Security guidance. Julie Keyes is a Business Consultant and Certified Exit Planner based in Central Minnesota. Her company, KeyeStrategies has worked with business owners of private companies since 2012. Julie’s been an entrepreneur herself for many years and has won numerous national awards for her work in exit planning.
She a member of the Exit Planning Institute’s Thought Leadership Council and faculty, as well as a contributor to its online Academy. She instructs business owners and advisors from across the country on topics related to exit planning, strategic growth and most recently Artificial Intelligence applications.

John has over 10 years of diverse technical and sales experience working as an IT & Management Consultant.
