Will there be any conference handouts?

If there are handouts related to a session you are registered for, they will be available one week prior to the conference. You will receive an email with the link.

Is there a conference program?

Yes, the Healthapalooza App will include all conference program materials, including the agenda, speaker bios, session descriptions, and maps.

How do I access the conference app?

The Healthapalooza App, which includes conference handouts and tracks attendance, will be available to registered attendees one month prior to the conference in the Apple Store and Google Play. Our staff will be on hand in the days before and on the day of the conference to help troubleshoot app issues. Please email us at Marketing@LeClairGroup.com or call 651-739-2010.

Are CEs offered? How many credits can I earn?

Yes, CE sessions will be offered at HAP. You may earn up to 3 CE credits during the day of the conference.

Who is eligible for CE credit?

Agents licensed in the following states may earn CE credit: Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Illinois, and Iowa.

How will Continuing Education credits be tracked?

Continuing Education credits during the conference will be tracked through the conference app. To receive credit for attending a CE approved session, you must download the Healthapalooza App. Everyone must be checked in and checked out by a session monitor with the badge you receive upon arrival at Healthapalooza.  

Attendees wishing to receive continuing education credits for approved courses during the conference must attend each individual session in its entirety. Attendees who are more than 5 minutes late into a session and/or leave the session before it concludes will not be eligible to receive CE credits.

Attendees must provide producer NPN or state license numbers in order to be accredited with continuing education credits per course. Continuing education credits will be uploaded and accredited within 10 days from the date of the session.
